    Channel partners or brand owners with specific market or niche requirements, yet lacking comprehensive R&D and design capabilities, who wish to launch differentiated products.

    Core of Cooperation
    The client proposes market requirements, concepts, or functional specifications; we undertake the entire process from design and development through to production. The final product may bear either the client's brand or our own brand (subject to agreement).

    The client must clearly outline the target market, core functional requirements, performance metrics, cost budget, and anticipated time to market.

    Development expenditure

    Moulding costs/NRE (non-recurring engineering costs): Where new moulds, bespoke hardware designs, or extensive software development are involved, corresponding development fees shall be payable (amounts to be assessed based on project complexity).

    MOQ: Typically higher than the MOQ for standard OEM products to ensure development costs are spread. A clear commitment to the initial order quantity is required.

    Clarify whether the final product will bear the client's brand (requiring the client to provide a legally registered trademark), be co-branded, or carry our own brand. Intellectual property ownership (particularly for newly developed components) must be explicitly stipulated in the contract.

    Does the client require exclusive sales rights for this customised product within specific regions or channels? If so, the scope, duration, and any associated fees must be clearly defined.
Application Process

    Initial consultation
    Potential partners may contact the Investment Promotion Department via the official website, telephone, or email.

    Intent Communication
    The Business Development Manager conducts preliminary discussions with potential partners to ascertain their background, resources, and cooperation intentions.

    Submit an application
    Potential partners shall complete and submit the Agency/Cooperation Application Form as required, providing documentation including the company's business licence, relevant qualifications, company profile, and successful case studies.

    Qualification Review and Assessment
    The company reviews the application materials to assess whether the applicant's industry experience, financial strength, channel capabilities, and technical expertise meet the required standards.

    in-depth discussions
    Conduct more in-depth discussions with eligible applicants to explore the specifics of collaboration (including models, regions, objectives, and support).

    sign a contract
    Upon reaching mutual agreement, both parties shall execute the formal OEM Cooperation Agreement, ODM Project Contract, or Regional Agency Agreement.
Regional Agent
  • Target customers
    Companies possessing robust market development capabilities, sales networks (such as system integrators, engineering contractors, low-voltage security channels, and broadcasting operator partnerships), and industry resources within specific regions (provinces, cities, or districts).
  • Core of Cooperation
    Granting the agent the right to sell our brand (or mutually agreed brands) products on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis within a designated territory, with corresponding channel support provided.
  • Agent Levels and Requirements
    We undertake to establish product display areas at our principal business premises and to actively participate in marketing activities organised by the company.
  • Agent Advantages/Support
    Customer enquiries received by the company within this region shall be referred to the local authorised agent as a matter of priority.
