Concurrently, regional strategy configuration permissions are granted, permitting branches to adapt localised content within predefined parameters.

A three-tier management structure is implemented: Head Office – Regional Office – Outlet. Regional operations teams may customise area-specific marketing strategies, whilst individual outlet managers may only make minor adjustments to personalised promotional content for assigned customers.
