A brand-new four-star hotel in Manila, Philippines, boasts captivating views of Manila Bay. The establishment offers 301 contemporary guest rooms, ranging from comfortable standard rooms to spacious deluxe suites, all equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, poolside bar, spa centre, fitness centre, and meeting spaces accommodating up to 70 guests.
Its prime location, approximately 2.9 kilometres from the city centre, offers convenient access to major attractions such as the Philippine Theatre, GSIS Wu Xining Museum, and Manila Ocean Park, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers.

Monolingual system: Whilst the hotel's international clientele spans China, Japan, Korea, Europe and America, the television system currently supports only English. The system requires implementation of Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean language interfaces alongside personalised welcome messages to overcome language barriers.
Outdated guest control systems: Traditional panel operation is cumbersome and lacks scene-based automation. Integration of televisions, tablets, lighting, curtains and other devices is required to establish a smart guest control system, enabling intelligent responses and enhancing immersive experiences.
