Dec 12, 2025

New arrivals from Huishi!

Amidst the rapid advancement of digitalisation and AI intelligence, enhancing healthcare services and optimising patient experiences have become pivotal pathways in the development of smart hospitals. Recently, Huishi collaborated with Shenzhen Longgang District Second People's Hospital to deploy an intelligent, integrated multimedia information display system across its new campus. Covering outpatient departments, inpatient wards, public areas and outdoor spaces, this initiative supports the creation of a regionally leading smart healthcare demonstration model.

Longgang Second Hospital: A Smart Leap Forward for Regional Healthcare Excellence

Faced with the practical constraints of its original site being ‘small and cramped’ with limited operational capacity, Longgang Second People's Hospital has commenced construction of a new campus. This initiative aims to establish a Grade A tertiary general hospital and create a ‘15-minute high-quality healthcare service zone’.

The new hospital campus officially commenced operations on 28 October 2025, boasting a total floor area of 126,900 square metres and adding 500 new beds. Through a combined approach of ‘deploying specialist physicians to community-level facilities alongside smart healthcare technologies’, it has established a ‘high-quality healthcare network within easy reach’ for the 1.5 million permanent residents across the three major sub-districts of Buji, Jihua and Bantian.

Faced with the challenges of fragmented traditional guidance information, high patient enquiry pressure, and low outreach rates for health education, the hospital has decided to implement the Huishi Smart Information Display System. This initiative aims to establish seamless connections between people, spaces, and information, enabling the precise, efficient, and visual dissemination of medical information. It will alleviate the communication burden on medical staff, enhance service efficiency, and improve the patient experience.

HuiShi: Redefining Hospital Information Interaction Experiences Through Technology

As a seasoned provider of integrated video conferencing solutions, Huishi undertook the entire project lifecycle, encompassing solution design, hardware and software deployment, system integration testing, and training delivery.

This project has comprehensively deployed over 100 information display terminals to establish an intelligent information network, including: 105 units of 32-inch lift screens, 5 units of outdoor high-definition large screens, 3 units of indoor high-definition large screens...

Huishi pursues its mission of ‘making every screen a service portal’ by establishing a comprehensive information network for hospitals through its proprietary integrated information publishing platform. This network spans indoor and outdoor settings, outpatient and inpatient areas, and serves both patients and the general public.

Information display screen at the entrance to the inpatient department ✔ Rolling display of hospital updates, specialist consultations and public welfare policies ✔ Delivering health information, public welfare advocacy and emergency notifications, serving the community at arm's length

Outpatient Hall Information Display Screen ✔ Rotating displays of departmental and physician profiles reduce communication barriers and foster greater trust. ✔ Broadcast hospital promotional videos, health education programmes, and live television broadcasts to enhance viewing and entertainment value.

HuiShi Intelligent Information Display System

The entire system is built upon the Huishi V1.0 information publishing platform, integrating core modules such as scrolling captions, group control, multi-level approval, scheduled playback, and emergency broadcasts. It supports flexible publishing of diverse content formats including video, images, text, and real-time notifications, achieving ‘centralised management, zoned control, and precise delivery’.

Faced with the hospital's tight construction schedule, the Huishi project team demonstrated exceptional execution capabilities. They efficiently completed the terminal installation and system integration tasks within two days—a reduction from the original five-day plan—while maintaining quality and quantity standards. Achieving ‘zero delays, zero defects, and full delivery,’ they earned high recognition from the hospital administration.

HuiShi upholds the principle that ‘delivery marks the beginning’. All hardware comes with a three-year warranty, while software systems feature perpetual licensing with complimentary upgrades. A dedicated remote technical support team ensures long-term system stability, relieving hospitals of concerns regarding subsequent operational challenges. Moving forward, HuiShi will continue to champion an innovative service ethos, delivering superior smart solutions for hospitals, hotels, educational institutions and other venues.
